Fresno State should get a ton of credit for arguably having the toughest non-conference schedule in the country. If they are able to win one of those games against the Power teams, it could bring a bit more respect to a conference unable to win a lot of games against the big boys last year. The Bulldogs should still be the favorite to win their division, even with the exit of super star QB David Carr. Their matchup against San Diego State is more than likely the division championship game. If they are able to win that one, a visit to Boise gives Fresno the chance of hosting the championship game for a second straight year. Fresno State has won once in Boise. It was in 1984 when the Broncos were still Division 1-AA members.
