Last year was tough on the Air Force Falcons due to key injuries, especially at QB. At one point, Air Force was limited to their opening day 4th string quarterback. Success usually never follows a team behind their 4th string QB. Normally a top or mid-to-top conference team, I look for the Falcons to bounce back from a down year and return to a bowl game this year. If things go right, Air Force can find themselves with up to 9 wins, or at least 6. They receive important conference home games against New Mexico, Nevada, and Colorado State. Their record will really rely on the success in Colorado Springs in front of the home Cadets.
